FREQUENTLY ASKED:

SHIPPING FAQ

IMPORTANT: due to the COVID-19 pandemic delivery times are longer than usual both domestic and international. once it is in the hands of the individual carriers there is little we can do to speed up delivery times due to severe backlog. we apologize for the longer than usual wait times.

DELIVERY TIME

we do our best to ensure fast shipping. most items are processed within 48 hours. actual shipping times may vary.

we do weekly drop offs for DHL ecommerce packages for orders outside the united states of america. please allow extra time when using DHL ecommerce.

for international DHL ecommerce orders please allow up to 6 weeks. most DHL orders are routed first through germany and may take longer to process than USPS. please note that DHL ecommerce packages are often handled by local postal carriers at final destination.

if you track your package and it says it is in the country but not delivered, chances are your item is stuck in customs. the best course of action is to contact your local postal carrier.

we are not responsible for final destination customs tariffs and taxes.

PRE-ORDERS

by placing a pre-order you are an investor in a project that is being created in part for you. pre-orders can not be cancelled. pre-orders may take longer than expected due to delays at the pressing plant.

we do our best to anticipate wait times for pre-orders based on the information we are given by the manufacturer but this can change at any time and is often out of our control. if you order an item on pre-order and lose patience during the pre-order time period we do not accept cancelled orders.

orders for existing items that are placed at the same time as pre-orders will be shipped when the pre-order item becomes available – not in advance.

RETURNS, REFUNDS etc

if you order an item that is on pre-order with and an item that is currently in stock your order will ship when the pre-order becomes available. not before then.

please make sure you really want your order. we don’t offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations based on emotion. if your order is defective we will replace it if possible after we review the circumstances. we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely with sturdy packing material however we are not responsible for damaged packages due to the handling of delivery services. we do our best to replace damaged or missing items when possible at our discretion.

returns are not accepted. all sales final. if you order an item and then ask for a refund before it is shipped we reserve the right to refuse future service.

if by chance an item is defective we replace or refund the item at our discretion.

customer conduct is considered for future orders. if you do not accept our terms of service we may be unable to accept future orders.

Q: Are you Accepting Demos?
A: Yes. Send them to the address on the contact page. We listen and respond to all of them.  It may take us some time, but we eventually will get to all of them.

Q: Who handles Distribution?
A: Currently, we are distributed through Alliance, Cobraside, Secretly, and UNI in the US, and Southern Record Distributors in the UK.
