FREQUENTLY ASKED STUFF

SHIPPING INFO:

GENERAL:
We depend soley on PayPal payments on web orders, unless you send us cash or money orders via USPS mail.

Please allow 2-3 days for us to be able to get your order out.  We are small and we do not have a million employees so we may get busy.

U.S. ORDERS:
We send all packages USPS priority mail (with a delivery confirmation) unless you state somehow you would like it sent otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are sent USPS air mail letter post, unless it is a large order.  If it is a larger order, we will contact you if it will cost more.  Certain customs regulations and prices may apply.

DIRECT / WHOLESALE ORDERS:
If you are a record store or distributor looking to buy direct, please contact us at orders@blackhouserecordsinc.com.

MISSION:

Our goal is to put out good records by good bands who work hard. We started in 2000 with a small comp that we made 100 copies of, and it went from there. I stopped putting stuff out basically for the majority of 2005 to get everything together and make it all work. It seems to be working now.
