Jordan Isaiah x Blackhouse Records = 2018.

**LABEL ANNOUNCEMENT – Blackhouse Records**

St Louis.  The gateway to the West.  The Lou.  Home of the Cardinals, and located right under Mayor Lyda Krewson’s nose, is one of the most absolutely diverse music scenes in the world that you may never have known about.  When the area boasts of legend with range starting in Jazz and blues music, only immediately turning to rap and punk rock in the modern day, you can’t really go wrong.  Home of Big Joe Turner and Chuck Berry, yet today also staking claim to the more modern Tech N9ne, Uncle Tupelo and St. Lunatics, St. Louis remains a hotbed of art, media and music that falls deep into obscurity if you so much as blink.  You should be paying attention, because if you’re not, you’re missing out, and our newest Blackhouse Records addition is your chance to finally pay attention.

Please welcome Jordan Isaiah to Blackhouse Records.

22 years of existence in St. Louis for Jordan Isaiah, and it was all spent growing up around music in his Uncle’s studios.   He recorded his first track at the age of 10.  A pastime that led to open mic nights and basement studio endeavors, blogs picked up the heat and local promotion began to lead to bigger shows, and the rest is history.  Having paid his dues tenfold, sharing bills with the likes of Pouya, $uicideboy$, and Hi-Rez, Jordan moved into the headspace of what became his upcoming Blackhouse Records debut “Thank You//Pay Me”, along with his upcoming single “LitLord”.   Produced by Australian producer DUB-A and producer Over9000, and mixed/mastered by Keith Page at Jupiter Studios, we here at Blackhouse are beside ourselves, that we get to help and be a part of spring-boarding this record into as many hands as possible, where it rightfully belongs.

Stay tuned for the upcoming, including album details, pre-order updates, tour dates and more.  The debut single, “Litlord”, drops VERY soon, so stay tuned!
